CAMPAIGNS

Within my role as the Vice President of Marketing for Auburn University Dance Marathon, I was responsible for the creation of a few successful marketing campaigns. Scroll through to read more about them and their results.

EVERY SECOND COUNTS

The goal of this campaign was to persuade Auburn students to register to fundraise with us for our local Children's Miracle Network Hospital. I wanted to create a sense of urgency in our student body to give back to others by relating common college/Auburn specific events (including our legendary Kick 6) to events happening within Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

RESULTS

Through a combination of a video and related graphics the campaign was brought to life and I cannot thank my team enough for turning this concept into a reality. The video surpassed 10,000 views on Instagram and 2,500+ on Facebook. Ultimately, registration numbers over a three day period increased by 113% from the previous year resulting in 715 new participants for AUDM, breaking a program record.

FOR THE NEXT

This campaign was titled "For The Next" and was aimed to increase fundraising numbers over our 4 day push. My goal was to highlight how Auburn University Dance Marathon fights for the next generation of doctors, artists, police officers and more. In creating this campaign, my hope was that our cause would relate to a wider audience of donors who may never have heard of our hospital or attended Auburn.

RESULTS

In 4 days our staff and participants were able to raise $60,012.76 for our hospital. In the remaining hours after we closed off donations, more flooded in bringing us to over $63,000 which would have made it the most successful 4 day push in the past 3 years of the program.
